Located in Laguiole, in the heart of Aubrac, this house was a stopover for travellers and traders before the war. In the 50s, it became a hotel. It has been operated for three generations by the Auguy family, who sold it to us in 2010. The hotel is at the centre of the village of Laguiole, and has a garden with pool and summer terrace, 20 rooms, 15 of which are on the quiet, garden side. This establishment has undergone many changes and upgrades over time. Each room is unique, both in terms of decoration and layout. Our gastronomic restaurant combines local produce and originality. Gilles creates inventive and personal cuisine through cooking techniques that he has mastered and which are only made from fresh produce and local producers. Our dining room is spacious, tailored to individual service, with a maximum of 45 place settings.
